I was able to sample some of Miz Catherine's cupcakes while at a friends wedding. I tried the carrot cake, red velvet and chocolate. There were minis and regular sized cupcakes. I must say that out of the three the table favorite was the carrot cake. And I'm not even a huge carrot cake fan! This cupcake was the moistest of the three we tried. The red velvet was probably second with chocolate coming in last. These average sized cupcakes are presented nicely but there is nothing spectacular about them.

Arrived end of day, girl behind the counter was friendly. I do not know if they make the cupcakes daily but there were a dozen options remaining. We ordered four, 2 brownie, a raspberry, and a strawberry chocolate. The frosting was good but very sweet. The cupcakes themselves were very dry. pretty much broke and crumbled when you tried to cut them or use a fork. Options were good, toppings were good, actual cupcake not so.

I ordered from Miz Catherine for my work twice now. She was very accommodating to the various flavors being requested and had everything ready right on time. Everyone was very impressed and asked where the cupcakes came from so they can shop there in the future. There was not one single dissatisfied employee in the building! :) All the cupcakes were loaded with flavor, creatively designed and super moist! Definitely fans now, highly recommend! :)

Is this place still open? As of 3/22/2015 I cannot get a website to come up on several browsers. Even the link of their Facebook page takes me to a blank website. Anyone know?

I used miz Catherine for my wedding cupcakes in January. I shopped around beforehand and out of everyone she was the friendliest and most enthusiastic about listening to my ideas and making the day special. I had some vegan guests and she was happy to accommodate. Everyone raved about how good they were and we couldn't be happier with the presentation .
